Meet Haley!
Hi! I’m Haley, and I helped to start West Meadow Marketing along with Wes back in 2017. I have a degree in Computer Science and enjoy creating things and solving problems. I help to keep Wes on track as I’m the organized one in the company and the relationship.
We have two kids together and I enjoy spending time with them as we home school and are involved with our local dance and theater companies. I’m quick to get involved and help out where ever I can. I help with theater costumes and props as well as stage managing backstage, but I also really enjoy acting on stage as well.
In the business, I spend most of my time project managing a small team of developers and ensuring that things are completed correctly and in a timely manner.

Digital Designer
Meet Genevieve!
“Hi there! I’m Genevieve, a designer here. I have worked with West Meadow Marketing for almost 3 years, and started out in the company doing some data entry as a freshman in high school. Now I’m building full websites, editing videos, and creating signs and business cards! I’m finishing up my last few credits for high school with courses at WKU before I head to college for a Bachelors of Interior Design and Architecture.
I love to work with color and enjoy sprinkling my own creativity over the projects I am assigned to, while helping our clients get the results they want for their business!”
Elisabeth Greever
Digital Marketer
Meet Elisabeth!
“Hi! I’m Elisabeth Greever. I graduated from Western Kentucky University in December 2025 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, concentrating in Social Media. What started as an internship opportunity with Wes quickly turned into a part-time position, and after two years of dedication and growth, I now serve as a Project Manager at West Meadow Marketing.
In my role, I specialize in website development and reputation management. I also run targeted ad campaigns and handle data entry tasks that support our overall strategy. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to turn my passion into a career, and I love being part of a team that’s committed to growing together—and helping other businesses grow, too!”
Emma Morrison
Digital Marketer
Meet Emma!
“Hey! My name is Emma Morrison. I have worked for West Meadow Marketing for about a year. I started during my junior year in high school, doing contact work. I am now helping to build websites, upload videos, and data entry/validation. I am currently taking classes at WKU and am planning to graduate high school early. When I get out of high school, I plan to pursue a degree in Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
I am so glad for this opportunity to work with West Meadow Marketing. It has helped me grow and meet new people. When not at work, I am usually at a theater or hanging out with little kids.”

Emotional Support
Meet Aivas!
“Woof! I’m Aivas! I’m 12 years old and was adopted by Haley and Wesley from the animal shelter in 2012. I wear my mixed breed badge with pride, even if it makes me look a little goofy. Who needs to be just one breed when you can be a mix of the best, right? I help out in the office by being a cuddly fluffy therapist when people are stressed out, and of course filling every dog’s duty of letting everyone know when someone is at the door.
When I’m not receiving attention and pets from the people in the office with me, I’m usually napping on the floor behind someone’s desk chair, or in my bed. Even though I’m an old man, I try my best to be the first one to greet someone new to the office. But most importantly, I’m here to be cute and fluffy. Which is what I’m great at!

Testimonials
5 stars plus some - such a great experience! I came to West Meadow Marketing with a general idea and a vague description of what I needed, but I came away with a finished product far beyond what I had imagined. Wesley Peden asked questions about not only my product needs and possible uses, but the underlying foundation as well, and crafted an awesome logo for our church ministry. I can't recommend West Meadow Marketing highly enough!
